Women and girls account for 80% of ACD's 6,340 skilled and certified trainees — 5,072 learners in total.

Programmes combine digital skills with locally relevant vocational trades, supporting pathways into self-employment, freelancing and dignified work.

Dress making, fashion design, embroidery, beauty and early childhood education.

Recognised vocational routes support progression into work.

Training is designed around access for women in rural communities.

Survey-led inclusion, assistive devices and accessible learning for persons with disabilities in Mehar and K.N. Shah.
