Born from crisis, built for long-term community strength
ACD was founded after the devastating floods affecting District Dadu in 2010. What began as a local response to urgent community needs grew into a province-wide organization with education, training and inclusion at its centre.
The organization was established under the vision of the late Haji Qurban Ali Khooharo, remembered as a philanthropist, educationist and social worker. His belief that communities thrive through opportunity continues in ACD's motto: Empowering Community.
Today, ACD combines local trust with structured governance, professional management and field-level delivery.
